Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription runs month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your website will go offline at the end of your billing period. Just log in and cancel your membership from your account or send us an email.
How do I make changes to my website?
Simply send us an email to info@situno.com detailing as much as possible what you would like to change, add or remove and we will do it for you. No need to log in or do anything yourself.
Why hasn't my website shown up on Google yet?
Search engines take a little time to “see” new websites. That’s totally normal. In the meantime, your site is already live and usable – and we’ve built it to be indexed and ranked as efficiently as possible.
How will my website rank?
Ranking develops over time and it changes constantly. We aim at having our websites on Google’s 1st page for the most relevant local searches.
What's the included set-up fee?
It means that we won’t charge you any extra for the creation of the website. The set-up fee is included within the first monthly payment.
Can I further customise my website?
No. The structure is fixed because it’s tested for performance. But you can fully customise the contents (texts, photos, videos). If you’re looking for something more custom-made please get in touch with us.
Can I teach more than one instrument on the website?
No. Each website focuses on one main instrument and one area for local search. But you can mention other instruments or teaching locations in your bio or in other sections.
What if I don’t have professional photos or videos?
That’s totally fine. Even clear smartphone photos work great. You can always update your media later – just send us the new files.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t offer a free trial, but you can cancel any time as your subscription runs on a month-to-month basis.
